Il coordonne quand et comment chaque v\u00e9hicule est charg\u00e9 en fonction des priorit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles, de la disponibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, des contraintes du r\u00e9seau et des co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un logiciel de gestion de la charge des VE n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame chose que le logiciel de base fourni avec les bornes de charge. Les outils natifs des bornes sont con\u00e7us pour surveiller leur disponibilit\u00e9 et enregistrer les d\u00e9fauts. Ils sont utiles dans les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification, mais ils ne permettent ni de planifier la charge \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019une flotte, ni de g\u00e9rer la demande sur le r\u00e9seau, ni de r\u00e9agir aux variations tarifaires, ni de v\u00e9rifier que chaque v\u00e9hicule est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre mis en service \u00e0 l\u2019heure de d\u00e9part. \u00c0 mesure que la flotte grandit, ces limitations deviennent un risque op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un v\u00e9ritable syst\u00e8me de gestion de la charge pour flotte VE relie trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments que les outils de base traitent s\u00e9par\u00e9ment : les v\u00e9hicules (niveau de charge, exigences des trajets, \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des batteries), les bornes de charge (disponibilit\u00e9, performance, d\u00e9fauts) et l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie (capacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau, plages tarifaires, frais li\u00e9s aux pics de consommation). Avec le diesel, le carburant est une ressource que l\u2019on ach\u00e8te selon les besoins. Avec l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9nergie devient une d\u00e9pense r\u00e9currente majeure, fortement influenc\u00e9e par la mani\u00e8re et le moment o\u00f9 elle est consomm\u00e9e. Voici les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte :<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gbp-section__inner gb-element-625657b4\">\n<div class=\"gb-element-3c45df2a\">\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__title gb-text-0dd84466\">La capacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau est une limite stricte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__text gb-text-2c4e3bc9\">Le raccordement de votre d\u00e9p\u00f4t au r\u00e9seau ne peut fournir qu\u2019une quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e de puissance. L\u2019ajout de bus et de bornes de charge augmente le risque de d\u00e9passer cette limite. En cas de surcharge, vous pouvez \u00eatre confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s impos\u00e9es par le gestionnaire de r\u00e9seau et, dans certains cas, \u00e0 des travaux de renforcement co\u00fbteux qui prennent plusieurs mois et peuvent repr\u00e9senter des centaines de milliers d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-element-3bcdcc85\">\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__title gb-text-44fa151a\">Les frais li\u00e9s aux pics de puissance peuvent d\u00e9passer les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__text gb-text-de30b295\">De nombreux tarifs facturent non seulement l\u2019\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e, mais aussi la puissance maximale appel\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode de facturation. Une seule heure durant laquelle trop de bus se chargent simultan\u00e9ment peut faire grimper la facture de tout un mois. Dans les grands d\u00e9p\u00f4ts, les frais li\u00e9s aux pics de puissance repr\u00e9sentent souvent 20 \u00e0 30 % des co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques totaux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-element-05d1819e\">\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__title gb-text-a1e1ada9\">Une seule charge \u00e9chou\u00e9e peut perturber le service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__text gb-text-cab33c08\">Lorsqu\u2019une borne de charge cesse de fonctionner pendant la nuit, le probl\u00e8me passe souvent inaper\u00e7u jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un conducteur d\u00e9couvre un bus non charg\u00e9 \u00e0 5 heures du matin. Les options sont alors limit\u00e9es : annuler la tourn\u00e9e, emprunter un bus \u00e0 un autre d\u00e9p\u00f4t ou mettre en circulation un v\u00e9hicule partiellement charg\u00e9. Chaque solution engendre des co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-element-ef0c37d2\">\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__title gb-text-c1705b5f\">L\u2019usure des batteries reste invisible jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle devienne co\u00fbteuse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gbp-card__text gb-text-756dba29\">La charge rapide fr\u00e9quente, le maintien prolong\u00e9 des batteries \u00e0 un niveau de charge \u00e9lev\u00e9 et les charges syst\u00e9matiques \u00e0 100 % lorsqu\u2019elles ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent leur d\u00e9gradation. Le remplacement de la batterie d\u2019un bus \u00e9lectrique co\u00fbte entre 80 000 \u20ac et 120 000 \u20ac. Pour une petite flotte exploit\u00e9e depuis un seul d\u00e9p\u00f4t et avec des besoins simples de charge de nuit, ils peuvent \u00eatre suffisants. Le probl\u00e8me est que la plupart des flottes atteignent rapidement leurs limites, souvent plus t\u00f4t qu\u2019elles ne l\u2019avaient pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le principal probl\u00e8me est que les outils natifs des bornes se concentrent sur le mat\u00e9riel. Ils indiquent ce que fait la borne, mais pas ce dont la flotte a besoin. Ils ne peuvent pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la question essentielle que se posent les gestionnaires de d\u00e9p\u00f4t:&nbsp;<strong>Tous les bus seront-ils pr\u00eats pour leur premier d\u00e9part demain matin ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans un syst\u00e8me reliant les horaires des v\u00e9hicules aux plans de charge, les \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9p\u00f4t finissent par g\u00e9rer cette t\u00e2che manuellement. Cela implique de v\u00e9rifier les niveaux de charge sur plusieurs portails de bornes, de d\u00e9cider quels v\u00e9hicules doivent \u00eatre prioritaires et de r\u00e9agir lorsqu\u2019un probl\u00e8me survient. \u00c0 grande \u00e9chelle, cela mobilise entre 1 et 2 heures de travail par jour tout en produisant des r\u00e9sultats moins performants qu\u2019une coordination automatis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe \u00e9galement un probl\u00e8me de visibilit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts. Le gaspillage d\u2019\u00e9nergie, les capacit\u00e9s sous-utilis\u00e9es et les horaires de charge non optimis\u00e9s passent souvent totalement inaper\u00e7us faute d\u2019un syst\u00e8me capable de les identifier.
