With over 20 years in the international IT and telecom industry, Torbjørn brings extensive leadership experience from companies exceeding €400M in revenue. He holds an MSc and MBA and has served as CTIO/COO and board member for several technology firms.

Chief Technology Officer
A senior software engineer and technology leader with more than 15 years in IT, Grzegorz has deep expertise in software development, networking, and infrastructure. As an EV enthusiast, he combines technical insight with a passion for sustainable mobility.

Caroline brings a mix of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, having served as CEO of an international scale-up and as a management consultant and deal advisor at KPMG. She drives commercial strategy and growth across Tenix’s markets.

Kristian has a strong financial background from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, where he worked across finance, warranty, purchasing, and logistics. He holds a master’s degree in business controlling and brings a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.
