Accelerating the shift to sustainable mobility

Tide, Norway’s second-largest bus company, plays a central role in the country’s green transition. With a fleet of more than 2,300 buses and 34 light rail vehicles, Tide needed scalable, intelligent systems to optimize fleet operations, improve driver performance, and support the shift toward electric mobility.

Smarter fleet management with Saga Tenix

Since 2014, Saga Tenix has delivered innovative IT solutions to Tide’s buses. The renewed agreement—valued at NOK 12 million and extending until 2029—expands this partnership to include:

  • Fleet management systems for improved efficiency and uptime
  • Driving style systems to enhance safety, reduce fuel consumption, and lower emissions
  • EV charging expertise through Tenix Charge, ensuring Tide is ready for the electric future of transport

A decade of collaboration, a future of sustainability

For over 10 years, Saga Tenix and Tide have worked side by side to make public transport smarter and more sustainable. With the expanded agreement, Tide strengthens its ability to deliver reliable, eco-friendly travel experiences to millions of passengers each year.

“Tenix is a forward-thinking supplier with a focus on innovative solutions and optimal operations. We have had very positive experiences with Saga Tenix over a ten-year-long partnership and look forward to continuing to work with them to create excellent and sustainable travel experiences.”
